League sources said Mirotic’s buyout from Real Madrid stands at roughly 2 million Euros. That number obviously is negotiable, but the plan for now is to keep Mirotic overseas for at least two or three seasons of his five-year deal. Jennifer Lopez is finally speaking out about her ex husband’s claims that he has a sex tape and the fact that the intimate video has been sold and will most likely be leaked online soon.

Her ex Ojani Noa has 27 hours of footage of Jennifer before she became J.Lo. The tapes have some intimate stuff on there, but J.Lo insists it’s absolutely not a “sex tape.”

She told Culture magazine: “My first husband has tapes of us from our life. It’s horrible. It’s horrible someone would try to sell personal things, but there’s nothing on it. There’s no sex tape.”

A judge had put a stop to the tape so her douchey ex sold it to his girlfriend Claudia Vazquez in order to make sure the tapes become public.

Luckily that annoyed the judge handling the case and the tapes have been turned over to J.Lo’s attorney Jay Lavley and are currently in a safe deposit box in Century City, Ca.

He said: “Now there is an evidentiary chain. Before they just wanted me to hand it over to Jay Lavely and he would just put it in a drawer. We went with a bank so people will be photographed coming in and out and there is no tampering.”

Spectators witnessed an impressive show with fire boats showering water and police boats escorting the liners with their lights flashing as the Queen Mary led the processing along the Hudson River. The Statue of Liberty was flood lit in Cunard’s traditional red livery and as the ships lined up near the Statue a huge firework display was set off which featured plenty of red, white and blue the national colours of both the United States and the United Kingdom, the ships’ home country.

The marked event is special because it will be the only time all three ships will ever meet.

After the event the three vessels then headed under the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge and headed south on separate journeys, with the Queen Victoria staying around the Americas and Panama for the next few months and the Queen Mary 2 and Queen Elizabeth continuing on their 103-day world tours.

The last time Cunard assembled their fleet all together was in 2008 in the home harbour of Southampton, before the Queen Elizabeth 2 was decommissioned.

Since Christmas 34 have died in floods and slides since Christmas in the south-east of the country, with the latest floods increasing the death toll, were killed in Teresopolis, 214 in nearby Nova Friburgo and 40 in neighbouring Petropolis. The floods have also caused 14,000 people had been driven from their homes. According to officials the area hit by slides had seen 10 inches of rain in less than 24 hours. More rain, possibly heavy at times, is forecast for over the weekend.

The President, Dilma Rousseff flew over the region in a helicopter, as the nation’s health ministry said it was sending seven tons of medication to the area, enough to treat 45,000 people for a month.

Jorge Mario Sedlacek, the mayor of Teresopolis, decreed a state of emergency, calling the disaster “the worst to hit the town”. About 800 search-and-rescue workers from the state’s civil defence department and firefighters were digging for survivors, but hopes were dimming.

Survivors were seen carrying their belongings through waist high water in an attempt to get to higher ground and many were trying to get hold of missing relatives even though phone services were not working.

Commander of Bucaramanga Metropolitan Police, General Jose Angel Mendoza, said of the animal accomplice: “This is a new case of criminal ingenuity. They were trying to smuggle drugs into Bucaramanga prison by using messenger pigeons.  We found the bird about a block away from the prison trying to fly over with a package, but due to the excess weight it was impossible for the bird to accomplish the objective and it ended up being caught by the police.”

Local authorities also state that this isn’t the first time that pigeons have been used to smuggle items into the prison, in the past they have flown in mobile phone sim cards.

At Exeter Crown Court, Mr Mitchell pleaded guilty to five charges brought under the Computer Misuse Act and the Proceeds from Crime Act. He was remanded until a date was fixed for sentencing. Mr Mitchell also stated that he had resorted to hacking after becoming fixated with online gambling and the Zynga Poker game in particular.

This though, isn’t the first time Mr Mitchell has been in trouble, he got a suspended sentence in 2008, for hacking into the Website of his former workplace, the Tobray Council, and awarding himself $3500. Judge Philip Wassall said Mr Mitchell would face a lengthy prison sentence for the theft, especially as the crime was carried out while Mr Mitchell was under a suspended sentence for the attack on Tobray council computers.

The 42-year-old actress said that she avoids reading gossip about herself, but admitted that she is forced to deal with it when her family start quizzing her.

She told Britain’s S magazine, ‘You stay as far away from it as possible and just try to deal with the emails and phone calls from your mother, saying, ‘Are you adopting?’ ‘No, Mum.’ ‘Are you dating somebody?’ ‘No, Mum.’ ‘Well, Aunt Jean thinks…’ ‘No.’ ‘Are you getting married at Oprah’s?’ ‘An eight million dollar wedding?’ ‘No. I told you. Don’t believe it.’

The lucky friends and relatives who will play their part in the royal wedding have been confirmed.

Prince Harry has been asked to serve as best man during the wedding of his brother Prince William to Kate Middleton.

Meanwhile, Kate has asked her sister, Pippa Middleton, to be her maid of honour, leading the four bridesmaids.

A number of close friends and family are also serving as bridesmaids and page boys.

Seven-year-old Lady Louise Windsor is one of the lucky four, and it will be a rare public appearance for the Queen’s youngest granddaughter and daughter of Prince Edward and Sophie.

Since birth Lady Louise has suffered from exotropia – a condition causing a severe squint – and her parents have reportedly wanted to protect her from media attention.

Joining Lady Louise will be Grace Van Cutsems, the daughter of the Van Cutsems who are close family friends from Norfolk and have known the Prince since childhood.

The third bridesmaid is the Duchess of Cornwall ‘s granddaughter Eliza Lopes, the daughter of Harry and Laura Lopes.

Viscount Linley’s eight-year-old daughter Margarita, the second cousin of the Prince, will also feature as a bridesmaid.

There will be two page boys, Billy Lowther-Pinkerton and Tom Pettifer.

Ten-year-old Billy is the son of Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton, who has been secretary to Prince William since 2005 and a very close friend.

Eight-year-old Tom is the Prince’s godson and son of Tiggy Pettifer, née Legge-Bourke who was personal assistant to the Prince of Wales during the Nineties and also nanny to William.

Details about the bridesmaids’ dresses and the page boys’ uniforms will be made available on the day of the wedding.
